Levi was awesome. He and Will took time to explain everything and made sure I was educated on the cut over process. Also, the work was neat and no mess was left. Richard and his partner Ethan did a fantastic job. They showed up on time, were very professional and polite. They diagnosed my problem and were able to troubleshoot quickly and resolve my issues. Both men explained what they were doing every step of the way and took the time to go over the pricing before any work was done so that I was not surprised by the cost. I was honestly thinking that this was going to cost me way more than what I was charged, but pleasantly surprised. I see some reviews on how the pricing is terrible but you have to consider the type of work being done. These guys aren’t flipping burgers so I don’t expect the work to be done cheap. Richard even took the time to explain several fire hazard issues that I was unaware of. Thank the good Lord that he took the time to let me know. I will definitely use Precision Electrical the next time an issue comes up and would recommend this company to anyone seeking electrical work.

Big shoutout to Levi for doing a great job identifying the power issue we had in one of our rooms. He quickly diagnosed the problem, got it serviced, and made the necessary repairs. It’s never fun having to spend money on house repairs, but Levi was super transparent throughout the whole process, which made things a little easier. Chris was able to come earlier than scheduled appointment. He came in listened to what I found out about the issue. He looked at it figured out what had to be done and corrected the problem. He was very polite and professional. If I need an electrician in the future I will use Precision Electrical.
